Amy Sudgen

After attending Indiana University – Bloomington, where she graduated with honors, Amy Sugden attended Saint Louis University School of Law. After graduation, she worked for the Missouri Attorney General’s office as an assistant state attorney general, handling numerous administrative trials and appeals for various state agencies.

Ms. Sugden relocated to Las Vegas in 2007 to enter the private sector, working primarily in the area of eminent domain and representing various condemning authorities until recently joining the Law Offices of Brian C. Padgett to exclusively represent landowners in eminent domain litigation.

Outside of her practice, Ms. Sugden spends time as a volunteer with Olive Crest – an organization serving foster children and their foster families in the Las Vegas area. She also donates time to serve on various committees for the Clark County Bar Association.
